ARRIVAL check in:
The rooms are at your disposal from 3pm.
If your arrival is planned after 8.30.pm, please let us know.
DEPARTURE chek out:
Please free the rooms by 10.am on the day of your departure.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure the whole pre-booked stay will be charged.
Means of payment: cash until €. 5.000, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, bancomat.
Deposit:
The room will only be considered as booked when a deposit depending on season and room type has been sent.
The deposit is 30% of the room amount or total prepayment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled, the deposit amount paid for the room will be retained as a penalty. In case due to No Show the amount will be charged in full.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the whole pre-booked stay will be charged.
