ARRIVAL check in:
The rooms are at your disposal from 3pm.
If your arrival is planned after 8.30.pm, please let us know.
If you would like to check in after 11.00 pm, it is possible with an additional cost of 50€ per person.
DEPARTURE chek out:
Please free the rooms at 10.am on the day of your departure.
Payment method: cash until €. 5.000 Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, bancomat.
Deposit:
The room will only be considered as booked when a deposit depending on season and room type has been sent.
The deposit is 30% of the room amount or total prepayment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled the deposit amount paid for the room will be retained as a penalty. In case due to No Show the amount will be charged in full.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure the whole pre-booked stay will be charged.
