Booking conditions

Prices are per night per person with overnight stay and breakfast included. Tourist tax € 2.50 per person per day not included in the price (not applicable to children under 14 years old). The tax must be paid upon departure.

CHECK-IN:
Rooms are available from approximately 3:00 PM.
If your arrival is expected after 8:30 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us.
If you wish to check in after 11:00 PM, this is possible with an additional cost of €50 per person.

CHECK-OUT:
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM.

CANCELLATION:
In case of partial or complete cancellation of the reservation, we reserve the right to retain the confirmation deposit paid to us as provided by the Civil Code art. 1385. Cancellation conditions: If the reservation is cancelled, the amount of the deposit paid will be retained as a penalty. In case of No Show due to non-arrival, the full amount will be charged. For reduced stays or early departures, the amount for the entire stay will be charged.

EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case of early departure or delayed arrival, the amount for the night's stay will be charged.

PAYMENT METHODS:
On the day of departure, we only accept SEPA Instant Credit Transfer (SCT Inst) Cash up to € 5.000, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Debit cards. We DO NOT accept checks.

DEPOSIT:
The confirmation deposit required is 30% of the total room amount.
