The Cuisine of the Croce Bianca in Canazei is famous to thepoint of being cited in the renowned Michelin guide right from the foundation year (1958), in the Gambero Rosso, the Veronelli and Panorama.
Our gourmet cuisine is a fusion of Alpine and Mediterranean, it's creative, light and sophisticated. All the dishes are freshly prepared every day with great passion and a lot of love for detail, you can see this and taste it too. Our top chef also provides sophisticated culinary highlights for our discerning guests time and time again, which you would not really expect

- The meat proposed is chosen amongst the readily available fresh meat of the producer.
- The different types of cheese taste and have the aroma produced by mountain pasture of spices and hay; they are served as starters or desserts accompanied by jams or honey.
- The sommelier in the dining hall is acommunicator divulging wine culture so that our Guests get enchanted discovering the vines, the land, man's work, the grape harvest.....
Tea, infusions, coffees, cappuccinis, all kind of fruit juices with the best warm croissants just taken out of the oven, all sorts of bread, jam and marmalade, cheese, sliced ham and salami, yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruit, pies and cakes, eggs and bacon, and not to talk about the delicious omelettes prepared for you by our cooks.
