CHILDREN. Particular conditions for children in extra beds in the parents room:
Up to 5 years 50% / up to 14 years 30%
Children up to 14 years are not allowed in the Relax Centre.
ARRIVAL check in: The rooms are at your disposal at 2pm
If your arrival is planned after 8.30pm, please let us know via telephone, fax or e-mail.
DEPARTURE chek out: Please free the rooms by 11am on the day of your departure.
Means of payment: cash until €. 999,99, cheques, traveller cheques, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Diners, Amex, bancomat.
Deposit
The room will only be considered as booked when a deposit depending on season and room type has been sent. The deposit ranges between Eur 200,00 and Eur 1.000,00 per room.
You can send the deposit as a bank transfer, as follows:

Cancellation Policy
In case of partial or complete cancellation we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit sent us as per Italian Civil Code Art. 1385.
In case of booking cancellation, the following penalties will be applied:
Up to 30 days before 0%
From 29 to 15 days before 50%
From 14 to 5 days before 80%
Less than 5 days before 100%

Packages are per person and must be booked with us in advance. The services included in the packages cannot be changed nor can they be refunded if they are not used by guests.
